  1. Simple working time management<\/strong>: if you don’t keep detailed working time, you will only see a box where you can enter the total number of hours worked per month.<\/li>\n
  2. Detailed hours management<\/strong>: if you keep detailed hours, you will see the following screen. In case you want to record your hours worked in detail, you can do so by day by using the Add row button. You can finalise by clicking on the Save button. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    IMPORTANT: In none of these cases does the “approve” button save the data (this is automatic), but closes the month. So if you click on it, you can no longer record more hours<\/strong> for the month.
