How much should I pay a student?
For non-skilled jobs, the minimum hourly wage is br. 1856 HUF (based on the 2026 minimum wage per hour).
For jobs requiring professional qualifications, the minimum hourly wage is HUF 2,145 (the guaranteed minimum wage per hour).
The higher the hourly wage, the better quality candidates we can attract.
What decides which fee I pay?
The type of student employment:
- For jobs that do not require professional qualifications (mostly blue-collar jobs), the fee is 330.4 HUF/hour.
- For jobs requiring professional qualifications (mostly white-collar jobs), the fee is 381.9 HUF/hour.
How do we sign?
In 95% of cases, we simply contract digitally through an e-contract. This is legally a written contract , so it is equivalent to a paper contract. After requesting a quote, we can discuss your needs in a short call and sign the contract the same day. A paper contract is also available for individual requirements.
Where can I do the accounting?
Our online platform, through which you can also conveniently and digitally manage or track attendance sheets and accounts. The whole process takes about 5 minutes per month.
How many days is the deadline for paying my bill?
We will normally issue an invoice within 8 days of the date of issue, but no later than the 10th of the month following the month in which the student works. the payment must be made by.
What costs and contributions do I need to pay?
Employing students through a student cooperative is free from taxes and social security contributions for students under the age of 25. This means you do not need to pay social contribution tax or social security contributions for them.

Personal income tax applies proportionally to any income above this limit. For example, with a monthly gross salary of HUF 800,000, the first HUF 715,765 is tax-free, while the remaining HUF 84,235 is taxable.
How much does the service cost?
We have the lowest guaranteed fixed student cooperative fee, which is independent of hourly rates, so no matter how much students are paid per hour, the fee will always be the same.
Let’s take an example:
An office assistant position that does not require a secondary school diploma we will charge a total of 2330.4 HUF + VAT/hour, including an hourly wage of 2000 HUF and a cooperative fee of +330.4 HUF, with no hidden costs.
How much of the hourly wage will the student receive?
The amount they agreed between them, without hidden deductions. We always pay your students their agreed hourly wage (over 25 years, their gross salary is equal to their net salary).
When do students get paid?
No later than the 10th of each month. until. If the account is settled sooner, we can even transfer payments the same day.
What kind of students can I employ?
Young people in the following categories are employable through a cooperative:
- 15-year-old students in summer employment
- Full-time active/passive students aged 16-25
- Students aged 25 and over, full-time, in active student status
